A classic fossil ammonite from the famous town of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, England.
A well preserved example of this classic Scunthorpe ammonite, a classic British locality. Once they were abundantly warned by this resort, but now they have become very rare to see on the current market. These fantastic ammonites are found only in a quarry that is now used as a landfill. A great investment. Comes with identification lable. Age: 200 million years. Size of the ammonite = 13.5 cm in diameter.
